Ⅲ、Tuition fee1. Application Fee: RMB 660

　2. Tuition (Bachelor's degree courses):

　　C. Tuition must be paid in full at registration for the first academic year and then paid semester by semester.

　3. Tuition (Master's degree courses)

　　A. Preparatory course tuition: RMB11, 600 ( applicants who already have related specialized knowledge can apply for exemption)

　　B. Two-year program tuition: RMB 29,800 per year

　　C. Tuition must be paid in full at registration for the fi rst academic year and then paid semester by semester.

　　D. For master’s degree courses offered in English: RMB 2,680 per credit.

四、报名

　1．报名日期

　　☆ 本科生：每年4 月1 日至5 月31 日

　　☆ 中文授课硕士生：每年10 月15 日至12 月15 日

　　☆ 英文授课硕士生：

Ⅳ、Application

　1. Application period

五、入学考试

　1．本科生 考试时间：每年6 月的第二个星期

　　　考试科目：汉语笔试、综合笔试（数学、英语）和面试

　2．硕士研究生 考试时间：每年1 月的第二个星期

　　　考试科目：汉语笔试和专业知识面试

　　　预备班：为了帮助留学生尽快地适应中国的学习环境，补修其在本国尚未学到的有关课程（包括汉语课程和部分专业基础课程），所有被录取为中文授课专业的硕士研究生要求从每年的3 月初至7 月初参加研究生预备班的学习；预备班结束后，于当年9 月正式进入研究生课程学习。预备班学习时间不计入学制之内，不计学分。
　　　 　　　申请攻读英文授课硕士研究生专业者，相关学院将根据申请人提供的申请材料进行录取，无须参加入学考试。

Ⅴ、Entrance exam

　1. Bachelor's degree courses:

　2. Master's degree courses:

　　A. Test time: Second week of January each year at UIBE

　　　---Interview on specialized knowledge

　　C. Preparatory course

　　　In order to help applicants to adapt themselves to the study environment in China　quickly, and make up some courses (including Chinese and some specialized fundamental courses) they do not learn in　their home. All applicants who have admitted to take the master’s degree courses offered in Chinese　are required to attend the preparatory course from March to July each year.

　　　After that, they will move on to the formal master’s degree course study in　September. The study　period of the preparatory course will not be included in formal study time, and not be calculated as　credits.

　　　Applicants who apply to take the master’s degree course offered in English do not need to take　part in the entrance exam, and the School according to their reference materials provided will decide　their admission.

六、录取

　1． 对于中文授课专业，考试一周之内由对外经济贸易大学国际学院公布录取结果，并　　　发放《录取通知书》。被录取者需预付人民币4000元作为学费押金，以确保入学资　　　格。

　2. 凡英文授课专业的申请者，经审核合格后发放《录取通知书》。被录取者需预付　　　人民币5000元作为学费押金，以确保入学资格。

Ⅵ、Applicants

　1. Applicants for courses offered in Chinese:

　　Those who have passed the examinations will receive from UIBE an offi cial notice of acceptance and　the required documents within one week after the tests. To secure their place applicants must remit　a non-refundable tuition deposit RMB ４000.

　2. Applicants for courses offered in English:

　　Qualifi ed applicants will be issued an Admission Notice after verifi cation. To secure their place　applicants must remit a non-refundable tuition deposit RMB 5000.

七、住宿

　　对外经济贸易大学校内有汇宾公寓、汇德公寓和汇才公寓可供在校学习的留学生居住。

　　凡是计划在校内公寓的留学生，需提前申请，即在申请入学的同时填写《对外经济贸易大学留学生公寓住宿申请表》。

　　汇宾公寓

　　共有198 标准间和9 个套间。每个客房均带独立卫生间和淋浴设施，配有空调、电视、电话、校园网线、写字台、壁柜等，每层各有一个公用厨房。此外，公寓楼内还设有学生活动中心、健身房、商务中心、信息中心、咖啡厅、洗衣房等。

　　目前对外长期留学生房间价格为：标准间人民币90/ 天　（人民币45/ 床/ 天）

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　套间人民币150 元/ 天（人民币75/ 床/ 天）

　　汇德公寓和汇才公寓（西段）

　　共有260 套住房供留学生居住，每套住房内均有卧室、客厅、卫生间、厨房和阳台，适合一人居住，也适合两人或带家属的学生使用。目前对长期留学生的价格为人民币120－130 元/ 套/ 天。

　　汇才公寓（东段）

　　共有90 套住房供留学生居住，每间住房内有空调、电视、电话、网线和基本家具，适合1－2 人居住。目前对长期留学生的价格为人民币60 元/ 间/ 天。

　　留学生入住时每人均需交纳100 美元或人民币1000 元的住宿押金，该押金在学生退宿时退还本人。

Ⅷ、Accommodations

　The School of Insurance and Economics extends assistance to international students in locating　accommodation during their period of study at UIBE. There are three on-campus student residences　available. Students who need this facility should apply in advance, i.e. fi ll in the application form of oncampus　residences when you apply for admission.

　Huibin House is a six-fl oor building providing 198 standard rooms and 10 spacious suites. The fi rst　and second fl oors house offi ces and classrooms while the upper four fl oors are designed as a dormitory　to accommodate foreign students on campus.

　All the standard rooms and suites are equipped with fine furniture and modern facilities, including　telephones, television sets, air conditioning and private baths. For your convenience, the House has set　up a business service offi ce, a recreation hall, an exercise room, a coffee shop, a laundry and a number of　public kitchens on different fl oors.

　At present the long-term student price is RMB 90/day for double occupancy in a standard room and RMB　150/day for a suite.

　Huide Apartment has 140 apartments. Each apartment has a spacious sitting room, bedroom,　kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartments can be rented by a single person, a married couple or　shared with a roommate. At present the long-term student rates are RMB120-130/day.

　Huicai Apartment (west side) has 120 apartments. Each apartment has a spacious sitting　room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartments can be rented by a single person, a　married couple or shared with a roommate. At pre]sent the long-term student rate is RMB120-130/day.

　Huicai Apartment (east side) has 90 rooms. Every room is equipped with fi ne furniture and　modern facilities, including telephones, television sets, air conditioning. The rooms can be rented by a　single person or shared with a roommate. At present the long-term student rate is RMB 60/day.
